Oldford is not a working farm any longer, though you could be forgiven for thinking otherwise when you see how hard the team work to keep it looking beautiful. Though we don’t own any livestock ourselves, we are thrilled to have an agreement with one of our farming neighbors that allows him to graze his breeding sheep in our fields. They left a couple of weeks ago (the sheep, not the farmers) to return home for the lambing process, and they’ll be back soon – hopefully with lots of spring lambs bounding around the place. Can’t wait!
